About Me

I’m a wife, and mother of three children. A member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners as well as a GP registrar supervisor, I currently practice as a registered medical practitioner at MedCentres on the Gold Coast, though I’ve been a GP for over 20 years both in New Zealand and Australia.

I’m experienced in Hormone health, Women's health, Gut Health, weight loss, sleep problems, digestive problems and fatigue. I believe that you can change and improve anything you can measure, and I have confidence in my HGH Program "Hormones, Gut health and Happiness, the three pillars of wellbeing."

I am passionate about restoring my patients to optimal, health, fitness and wellbeing. I want all my patients to have a confident approach to life.
